Seminars and Panel Discussions on These Innovative Technologies upcoming in Montreal
Rapid developments in M2M (machine to machine) wireless communication and 3D Printing have reached the point where they are really shaking up industry. Both of these revolutionary technologies will be featured in day-long conferences at the upcoming UBM Canon advanced manufacturing event in Montreal, at the Palais des Congres.
On Wednesday, November 19, 2014, conference sessions delve into Going Beyond M2M, with techniques and strategies for transforming the manufacturing floor efficiently and safely. Sessions will focus on wireless communication systems that are leaving legacy methods behind.
On Thursday, November 20, 2014, conference sessions go into Innovations in 3D Printing, with new materials for the future, case studies, and a discussion on how industries can benefit from this technology that is impacting manufacturing worldwide.
In addition, there will be workshops on the future of the plastics industry, presented by the Society of Plastics Engineers, (SPE). The workshops and conference sessions are taking place in conjunction with PACKEX Montreal the long-running trade event, where suppliers showcase packaging technologies and materials, and Expoplast, the event for the plastics industry, with primary processing equipment, mold making components, and other plastics resources.
