The 2014 Printing Industries of America Survey of Management Information Systems is now available. The in-depth publication is a resource for companies considering an investment in management information system (MIS) software. It is available to members through Printing Industries of America Affiliate organizations as a FREE member benefit.
The 2014 survey profiles forty-nine MIS software programs. This year's survey results were expanded so members can search for an MIS that will create an electronic job ticket and/or facilitate electronic data collection. Also included are software descriptions and URLs to vendor websites for case studies, customer testimonials, news releases, and white papers. The electronic document is bookmarked to allow for easy navigation between sections and to locate MIS software with specific features.
Sections include:
- Completed Surveys—survey responses from each vendor/MIS combination
- Overview—summarizes the MIS software in one large matrix
- Attribute Sections—segregates the software by more than 30 different attributes, including cost ranges, operating systems, and a variety of specific functions.
