Call for entry to FIPCOM: 1 January 2015
At the initiative of the FCMA, this ambitious project is organised by AFP-Services in partnership with the AFP, National Geographic, l'Institut du Monde Arabe, RFI,France 24, MCD, Nikon, JCDecaux, Polka magazine, and Picto.
All photojournalists across the globe are invited to register and propose their photos from 1st January until28 February 2015.
The competition is organised around four categories: News single, News Report, Sports Single, Sports Reports.
The overall winner of the competition will win the FIPCOM Trophy and first prize ofEUR15000 during a ceremony which will be held at l'Institut du Monde Arabe inParis in September 2015.
Winners from each of the four categories will receive a certificate and EUR3000.
Each winner will also receive a Nikon Coolpix A.
L'Institut du Monde Arabe will host the winners of the FIPCOM competition during an exhibition planned inSeptember 2015.
