The Annual General Meeting of HANZA Holding AB (publ) decided on May 10, 2022, to change the company name to HANZA AB (publ).
The name change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and as of June 1, 2022, the company's shares will continue to be traded on Nasdaq Stockholm's small cap segment with an unchanged ticker code (HANZA) and ISIN code (SE0005878543), but under the company name HANZA AB.
"There is a strong demand for our offering and therefore we grow rapidly, also outside the Nordic countries. We are now sharpening our brand identity for continued global expansion. The name change is part of this effort," says Erik Stenfors, CEO, HANZA.
