Shortly after reporting a record year – with 34% annual growth in 24/25 (82% growth over the past 24 months) – we are excited to welcome Hasko Invest AB as a new co-owner of the DCOS Group.

“We have been looking for a strategic partner who can further strengthen DCOS and support our mission to be the best Retrofit & Inspection System provider in the world. We are technology- and customer-value-driven organization, confident in our offerings, ready and excited to add new competence in managing our ongoing growth,” says Mattias Andersson, CEO/Owner at DCOS.
Within the Packaging-, Book-, Magazine-, and Newspaper-printing sectors, DCOS develops Retrofit solutions to extend lifetime and future-proof legacy machinery and offer cameras-based Inspection Systems for print efficiency and quality control. With stable growth in all four sectors, we remain focused on R&D and developing new solutions to support our customers worldwide.
Besides DCOS Sweden AB, the group consists of Tensor International LLC, DCOS IGA Automation GmbH and AMAL Webline AB.
“DCOS is an excellent example of the type of niche and profitable companies we want to work with. We are impressed by their market-leading position and high customer satisfaction, and we look forward to supporting their international growth and continued innovation”, says Joakim Tengzelius, CEO of Hasko Invest AB.
Hasko Invest AB, headquartered in Stockholm, makes selective investments in growing, profitable, and niche product companies in the Nordics, with the vision of being the natural choice for entrepreneurs seeking a long-term partner.
“After a thorough analysis and selection process involving close to a dozen potential partners, our choice fell on Hasko.
