Fedrigoni presents its half-year results

· a reduced performance compared to 2022 but higher than the industry average and growing steadily from 2021
· The Group ended the first half of 2023 with 971.0 million euro in revenue (-9.9% compared to the first half of 2022), an Ebitda of 150.9 million euro (-9.2%) and an Ebitda Margin (15.5%) in line with 2022, outperforming the industry average.

Stora Enso progresses with restructuring actions to improve long-term competitiveness and profitability

Stora Enso has progressed with its restructuring actions, announced on 15 June 2023, aimed at strengthening the Group’s long-term competitiveness and creating a decentralised and more customer centric operating model. These actions would reduce the number of employees by approximately 1,150. The parts of the change negotiations completed so far, will result in a reduction of 710 employees.

Celebrating one year as Alleima

Today marks the one-year anniversary of Alleima. On August 31, 2022, the company was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and separated from the Sandvik Group. “We will always be proud of our heritage and journey. Today, we can conclude, that Alleima is a strong and independent company. It has truly been an exciting and eventful first year,” says Göran Björkman, President and CEO of Alleima.

Saica Group acquieres a minority share of ADDA Ondulati and Cartorobica in Italy

• Saica Group has signed an agreement with Taschetti to acquire a minority share of these two corrugated board plants in Italy

• Both plants currently employ 247 employees and have a revenue of 105 million euros in 2022.
