The members of the Board of Directors of Agfa-Gevaert NV announce that they have appointed Mr. Klaus Röhrig as Chairman of the Board.

Klaus Röhrig (°1977 - Austrian) is the founder of Active Ownership Capital SARL, with a latest notified interest of 13.42% the largest shareholder of Agfa-Gevaert NV.
He is a non-executive director since November 2018.
