David (Dadi) Perlmutter Joins Massivit 3D Board of Directors

Perlmutter, Technology Entrepreneur and Former Executive VP at Intel, Joins Leading Company in the Large-Volume 3D Printing Arena to Foster Growth and Expansion into New Verticals

Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, the leading provider of large-volume 3D printing solutions, has announced the appointment of David (“Dadi”) Perlmutter to its Board of Directors.

Perlmutter is a recognized entrepreneur and investor in technology companies and social organizations. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Israel Innovation Institute and focuses on fostering Israeli technology companies that have a potential to make a difference. He is Chairman of two Israeli startups, Weebit Nano and Teramount.

Perlmutter’s professional career has included key technology and business roles at leading companies such as Intel – where he drove new, fundamental innovations. At an early stage during his time at Intel, he won the Presidential Award for Innovation in Industrial Development and led the team that invented the Pentium Processor. He led a team of 35,000 people and grew the revenue from $32Bn to $52Bn between 2009-2013.

In 2014 after leaving Intel, Perlmutter joined the Israeli chip company Mellanox as a Director for the following six years. During that period, he invested in and acted as mentor for various startups in Israel and the Silicon Valley.
