BOBST, one of the world’s leading suppliers of substrate processing, printing and converting equipment and services for the label, flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated board industries, has reinforced its focus on customer satisfaction with the appointment of Helen Reaney-Jerome as the new Head of Customer Care for the UK & Ireland
In the role, Helen will be responsible for conducting a strategic review of customer care operations and processes and will serve as the escalation point for any customer issues. She will liaise with customers on a daily basis and oversee the day-to-day running of the customer care team.
Helen’s appointment follows the retirements of Alan Letford, the former Head of Customer Care and Veronique Mureau, Spare Parts Manager earlier this year. Since joining the company, Helen has been invited to be part of the Bobst UK & Ireland strategic management team to ensure customer care continues to be a core focus in business development planning and decision-making.

Helen joins BOBST from advanced technology company, Meggit, where she was Customer Response Centre Manager. Prior to that, she had worked at GKN Aerospace for almost 15 years in roles including Commercial Team Leader, Customer Service Manager and Senior Programme Manager.
