Integration Technology Invests in Employee Career Progression During Growth Period

World Leading Developer of UV LED curing solutions Integration Technology announces further appointments to its managerial team during a period of continued growth. Elizabeth Bentley will move on from her role as Sales Support Manager to Commercial Manager, and Stuart Scarsbrook is advancing from Product & Logistics Manager to General Manager.

Both promotions are indicative of the company’s commitment to investing in team members and supporting internal career progression. Elizabeth Bentley began her tenure at Integration Technology in 2008, starting out as Office Junior, offering a strong opportunity to learn from various departments within the business, before moving on to sales administration roles and completing a degree in Business Management. In October 2020, she was appointed Sales Support Manager, with full responsibility for supporting and coordinating the daily operations of the sales and marketing efforts of the company.
Stuart Scarsbrook has more than 20 years’ experience within the UV curing sector, including 15 years’ experience in UV Medium Pressure and over 5 years in UV LED. Throughout his career he has focused on continually improving processes and systems and cites his primary goals as ‘ensuring that operationally, Integration Technology evolves and adapts in line with the demands and challenges of the UV LED Sector’. He joined Integration Technology in 2017 as Logistics Manager and will now take on the General Manager position.
Simon Roberts, Managing Director, Integration Technology, comments: “We are delighted to offer greater roles to two integral Integration Technology colleagues. Lizzie and Stuart are enthusiastic and committed members of the team, both of whom understand our mission and our ambitious growth plans, and their additional responsibilities will see their contributions to our success as a company become even more significant.”
