Durst Group, manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production solutions, has acquired Aleph SrL, a pioneer in sustainable digital solutions for textiles and interior and exterior decorations. With this strategic move, Durst Group further enhances its position in water-based and sustainable printing technologies. For Durst Group, the acquisition also serves as a bridge to Como, Italy, the center for textile design and high-quality applications.

2023 will be a year of anniversaries for the Koenig & Bauer Group, as the 125th anniversary of the Radebeul plant will be joined by 175 years in Austria. Much has changed since 1848, when the company was founded as Maschinenfabrik Heinrich Löser. Today the company stands for the highest quality and innovative strength in the assembly of security printing presses.
In 1963, the electronics division of the Leuze Group came into being. In 2023, the international sensor expert is celebrating its 60th anniversary. Today, over 1,600 Sensor People worldwide create the innovations of tomorrow: Sensor and safety solutions in automation technology.

Stora Enso has progressed with its restructuring actions, announced on 15 June 2023, aimed at strengthening the Group’s long-term competitiveness and creating a decentralised and more customer centric operating model. These actions would reduce the number of employees by approximately 1,150. The parts of the change negotiations completed so far, will result in a reduction of 710 employees.
Today marks the one-year anniversary of Alleima. On August 31, 2022, the company was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and separated from the Sandvik Group. “We will always be proud of our heritage and journey.
