Under the motto "Fit for difference", Muller Martini will present its innovative inserting system FlexLiner in combination with the new stack formation system FlexPack at the IFRA Expo 2012.
Newspaper and mailings producers can find out in live demonstrations how to stand out from their competition with the help of innovative insert marketing and attractive product design.
The inserting system FlexLiner, which made its world premiere at the drupa 2012, along with the new stack formation system FlexPack sparked great interest among trade experts. Muller Martini's booth 440 in hall 8 at this year's IFRA Expo promises to attract the crowds once again.
Differentiation Thanks to FlexAd
FlexLiner impresses with its revolutionary concept of selectable feeding of the main product. With completely new ideas for added value, it gives newspaper and mailings producers the opportunity to stand out from their competition. The innovative opportunities for added value in the mailroom provided by the FlexAd concept will be demonstrated by an additional premiere at our booth in Frankfurt. The FlexLiner delivers the best price-performance ratio in the mid-range segment. With up to 30,000 cycles per hour, it is the ideal inserting system for small and medium-sized newspaper printers, as well as for producers of advertising journals and mailings with ultra-large print runs.
New FlexPack Stack Formation System
The FlexPack stack formation system, which will also be presented at the IFRA Expo, features optimal use of space and provides first-class stack quality. Above all, FlexPack shows its strength in producing products that feature a high number of inserts and have a strong regionalized focus. All processes from stacking, feeding and labeling bottom sheets, printing and running cover pages all the way to strapping the stacks together are combined into one compact machine. The FlexPack can be ideally combined with the inserting system FlexLiner and ProLiner from Muller Martini.
Flexible Mailroom Concept
In order to make customers ready for tomorrow's markets, Muller Martini will present information on its unique mailroom concept during the IFRA Expo. Smart process solutions, such as stitching and trimming, increase added value in the mailroom. New sources of revenue can be secured by also integrating a saddle stitcher for finishing inserts with folding and stitching including glossy covers or additional stitched inserts. The exciting market segment of digitally printed newspapers will also be a topic at our trade fair booth. Muller Martini is happy to provide information on current opportunities and discuss possible business models with visitors.
Optimizing the Mailroom with MMServices
As an important factor in today's market, pricing pressure is forcing many graphic design businesses to forego new investments and instead improve the productivity of their existing machines at a low cost. At the IFRA Expo, Muller Martini will show how customers can use the MMServices portfolio, which encompasses seven modules, to optimize the earning power of their current mailroom.
In face-to-face discussions at our booth 440 in hall 8, our mailroom experts will provide information on how systems from Muller Martini can increase the added value of newspaper products.
