Guandong starts its revolution

Innovation, dynamism and a constant explosion of ideas have always been Guandong's chief assets, with a unique and increasingly wide range of high performance materials developed for digital printing. A pioneering approach which this year manifests itself in a revolutionary catalogue designed to further expand the company's commercial horizons, by opening its doors to new markets and new printing technologies.

The Guandong Digital Collection, which will make its debut at FESPA 2019, is in fact no longer just aimed at the world of Large Format Digital Printing, but also resolutely at the world of industry and smart decoration, offering an unprecedented dedicated range. The new "Smart Product Line" by Guandong includes supports and solutions for specific communication applications which do not necessarily have to pass through the printing stage, such as the new entry Mr Bordon, which sees the return of the rewritable magnetic board with a completely new look. The proposals include the magnetic products in the Mr Magnus line for Digital Laser prints, and the new section of materials for Digital Offset technology. Alongside this, there is the M&F (Magnet&Iron) range, for the creation of real magnetic walls with highly innovative solutions for both professional installers and DIYers, as stated by the Do It Yourself claim.
The 2019 Digital Collection will be the undisputed star of the FESPA stand, designed specifically to represent the new catalogue in 3D. At the centre of the evocative and welcoming setting of Piazza Italia, the range dedicated to Spot Decò will act as a link to Guandong's core business, with the most recent proposals in terms of floor graphics and window decoration. The sides of the square will be bordered by equipped walls dedicated to the latest innovations, such as the Mr Bordon and M&F Visual-Comm ranges, giving life to a display of material storytelling. There will also be exclusive live demonstrations for the supports in the Mr Magnus range, which will be put to the test throughout the duration of the event, with laser printing systems and latest generation plotters installed in a dedicated area of the stand.
With the new Digital Collection, Guandong is once again preparing to send a strong signal to the market, as stressed by the company’s Marketing Director, Fabio Elmi: “For years we have been promoting a culturalisation process throughout the entire supply chain, but we have realised that the applications made to date are just a very small part of this market’s potential. We therefore want to continue in this direction by expanding the target market to include new professional figures, from architects and designers to end users, reached through distributors for paper and office supplies and stationery”.
