UV specialist IST Metz gives first information about print jobs at in-house exhibition for optical systems
At the UV Days, which will take place from 13. to 16. May in Nürtingen, organizer IST Metz will present three print products developed in-house and produced on its own printing press. The print products presented at the UV Days are regularly awarded renowned design prices, most recently the paper guitar.
For many years, UV system manufacturer IST Metz has distinguished itself through the production of new, innovative print products that illustrate the possibilities of UV and LED technology and make a lasting impression. The UV specialist develops and presents the print products at its in-house UV Days exhibition, which takes place every two years. Recently, the paper guitar, a print product from past UV Days, was awarded the renowned German Design Award in the category “Integrated Campaigns and Advertising”.

Feel, see, smell, taste – the UV Days not only meet the highest technical demands, but are also a true event for the senses in their ninth edition. Three print jobs at once reflect this orientation: the highlight among the print jobs at the UV Days will be a highly refined and reusable multifunctional packaging. A sophisticated concept, technologically highly challenging and lastingly of great benefit – the print gimmick of the UV Days will be printed live on the in-house exhibition and presented there for the first time. In addition, the approximately 1000 expected visitors will receive their lunch menu in food packaging produced according to low migration guidelines. Last but not least, the attendees will be able to enjoy various types of espresso, all of whose capsules are packed in specially designed and produced packaging.
