NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (NTEK) & GRAPHIN CO. ANNOUNCE DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP IN JAPAN

Nuvola NP-H1 4K Ultra HD Player to showcase original Gate5 Films vertical 4K content at International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2013 at Pacifico Yokohama

NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (OTCPINK: NTEK) announced a distribution partnership with Graphin Co. to sell NanoTech & Seiki products in Japan. The Nuvola NP-H1(tm) 4K Ultra HD media streaming player will be displayed at the 2013 International Technical Exhibition (ITE) on Image Technology and Equipment trade show Partnering with Gate5 Films, visitors will be able to see original vertical 4K Ultra HD content displayed on a Seiki 50" 4K Ultra HD television running on the Nuvola NP-H1(tm) 4K Ultra HD player offered by NanoTech Entertainment and distributed by Graphin Co. in Japan.

The trade show is located at the Pacifico Yokohama, a world-class convention center in Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan. Exhibitors will be displaying their products beginning on Wednesday, December 4th through Friday December 6th from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The event, which is sponsored by the council of image technology and equipment in Japan, is the largest exhibition of the Machine Vision Industry in Asia.

"The ITE event is the right venue to promote the sale of the Nuvola NP-H1(tm) 4K Ultra HD player to the Asia market," said Jim Rossi, Senior Vice President of Business Services at NanoTech Entertainment. "We are very pleased[j1] to have partnered with Graphin Co to sell our products in the Asia market and to have produced this amazing high-definition viewing experience. We have The Nuvola NP-H1(tm) 4K Ultra HD player displaying vertical 4K content from Gate5 Films, all of which is being shown on the Seiki 50" 4K Ultra HD television. With 4K technology, we'll be displaying content with four times more pixels than current high-definition allows. It will definitely grab the attention of the attendees!"

Kenji Kawano, Director of Sales & Marketing at Graphin Co. added, "We are excited to partner with NanoTech Entertainment to deliver their trusted 4K Ultra HD products to the Japanese market. NanoTech Entertainment's product will meet the emerging 4K/8K market's needs. Greg McDonald of Gate 5 Films added, "For years, I have created 4k and 5k content; yet, I was having to bring down the resolution to HD for playback and display. I am very excited about finally having a player that shows the details and color space of the original Ultra HD imagery that we capture."

Graphin Co. and Gate5 Films will be demonstrating original vertical 4K UltraHD content on the NP-H1 at the ITE 2013 booth 58 at the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center in Japan.

Consumer electronics manufacturers have already started to deliver 4K products in Japan, and Toshiyuki Minami, deputy director-general of the information and communications bureau of Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, has projected that 4K TV units in Japan could grow 10-fold or even 20-fold over the next five years
