Stronger. Faster. Further. The marbanick|2+ for inserting waste holding points in cutting lines

The globally positioned material distributor Marbach Die Supplies has a very special hand tool in its portfolio for the simple and fast insertion of waste holding points in cutting lines: the marbanick|2+. This is the further development of the long proven marbanick and marbanick|2.

André Angermeir, General Sales Manager Marbach Die Supplies & Automation: "The marbanick was developed to quickly and easily make final adjustments to the waste holding points directly on the die-cutting machine. This sometimes becomes necessary due to conditions on site. In order to punch in the holding points cleanly, with the right thickness and reproducibly, Marbach has had the marbanick for many years, later the marbanick|2. The marbanick|2+ is the further development of the marbanick|2, making the insertion of breakpoints even easier and more flexible.
Not only does the marbanick|2+ have 3 different raster levels with which the carbide wedge can exert different forces, the hand tool is also supplied with several wedges in different thicknesses between 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm - including quick-change system. Depending on the requirements and the material to be punched, up to 12 reproducible holding point sizes can be created. And it's quick and easy with one-handed handling.
Angermeir continues: "The motto of the marbanick|2+ is "Stronger. Faster. Further." Due to the different grid levels, the hand tool has more defined power. The plus in our new marbanick|2+ stands for further and further: because the latest version sets even deeper holding points with additional power. The one-handed handling makes it quick and easy to use and the wedges can also be changed in a few seconds. Several hundred satisfied customers worldwide already use the marbanick|2+ every day. This makes it one of our top sellers in the handheld portfolio."
