Global diemaker Marbach, has recently launched a new system called marbazero that allows cutting-dies and steel counter plates to be quickly and easily aligned with each other in the die-cutting station.
marbazero is a system that consists of a special distance plate and a matching steel counter plate. These are equipped so that during insertion the steel counter plate can be positioned quickly and precisely in relation to the cutting-die.
marbazero stands for reduced set-up times, high packaging quality and flexibility in packaging production.
