Pscherer Druck invests in a 330FB from Grafisk Maskinfabrik

Pscherer GmbH, based in Eching near Landshut in Lower Bavaria, has once again placed its trust in GM press technology and the renowned professional service provided by Nilpeter GmbH and invested in a 330FB press for finishing its printed products.

Using state-of-the-art UV flexo technology as well as digital printing, Pscherer Druck has been producing labels in all shapes and colours for over 30 years. It also offers solutions ranging from plate and large-format printing to professional lettering and milling.
With its investment in the modern 330FB finishing line, Pscherer Druck is gearing up for the future.
The highlights of the machine at a glance:
- Fast embossing unit with up to 44 m/min. and 50 tonnes of embossing pressure
- Fast screen printing unit up to 20 m/min.
- NEW multi-stage programmable film-saving function
- High-precision side-shift UV drying
- Intelligent register control of the foil for holograms
- Can be used inline with all GM converters
"The 330FB from GM is the ideal hot foil stamping and screen printing combo for high-quality labels, enabling us to carry out all our finishing work flexibly, efficiently and precisely. The robust design and quiet running behaviour, even at high speeds and despite the large embossing area with the high embossing pressure, were a decisive factor for us," comments Stefan Pscherer, 2nd generation Managing Director.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Pscherer family for the trust they have placed in us.
