Extreme Visual Experience from Agfa’s Wide-Format Printing Solutions on Display at ISA’s Sign Expo 2019

Engines, UV-LED inks, workflow, and media combine to provide the ultimate in printed materials of all kinds

While what’s under the hood is extremely important, the ultimate deciding factor is the quality of the printed output. At Agfa, we strive to achieve a deep understanding of print service providers’ (PSPs) business. This helps us determine how our award-winning UV-LED engines, ink, media and workflow can help them lower their cost of print manufacturing and expand into new markets with unique applications that separate them from their competitors.
Unique and cost-effective output can do that. Agfa will be showcasing the company’s unmatched inkjet expertise in booth #1734 with application samples created right before Sign Expo attendees’ eyes. Agfa will also feature the Application Cube and Inspiration Zone. They show how “We Embody Print” and how PSPs can, too:
The Application Cube uses colorful, dynamic graphics to provide inspiration and educate attendees about the possibilities of UV inkjet. A variety of real-life examples demonstrate creative inkjet output.
The Inspiration Zone features 13 creative samples of Extreme Productivity and Extreme Quality. All the artwork showcases different techniques to achieve the UV inkjet “Wow” factor including dimensional printing, 3D Lens printing, second surface printing, plus more.
“Seeing is believing when it comes to Agfa’s unique combination of printing technologies. We’ll gladly talk to PSPs about print speeds, workflow benefits, our high-opacity white inks and other technological advancements, but ultimately what it looks like when you hand a finished product to a customer is what counts,” said Deborah Hustcheson, Director of Marketing, Agfa, North America. “We make sure every PSP that visits our booth knows what our technology can do for them, whether they want to print on indoor or outdoor media, plexiglass, mirrors, wood, banners, posters, signage, backlits and more.”
