ALEPH @FESPA Global Print Expo 2020

aleph, a company specialising in the development of inkjet printers for sublimation and direct textile printing and for printing on paper for the out of home sector, will put the spotlight on the world of outdoor and indoor visual communication at FESPA Global Print Expo 2020 (Madrid, Spain - 24-27 March 2020). One year after entering the out of home sector, the company will present on its stand - hall 3, stand B90 - one of the leading models of the LAFORTE series together with a range of latest generation inks developed for printing on blue back and white back paper. "During 2019, we focused on enhancing our printing technology for the world of visual communication and today we can say that we have achieved optimal results," explains Alessandro Manes, CEO of aleph. "At FESPA 2020 we will demonstrate that LAFORTE printing systems are an effective solution for the world of visual communication because they offer very high print quality - at the level of offset printing - but with the advantages in terms of flexibility and application possibilities of digital printing.

At FESPA 2020, aleph will show a complete production line: it will be composed by the LAFORTE 200 Paper printing system - with integrated proprietary loading system, Svolgitore Paper, for the management of reels up to 1000 meters -, a proprietary drying oven and a cutter from the Italian company Fotoba.
The protagonist of the stand, LAFORTE 200 Paper is an industrial inkjet printing system for sublimation printing. Characterized by a compact design and a patented suction conveyor system, it has been developed to handle medium and high printing volumes (up to 490 sqm/hour in a 1900 mm wide passage). The model presented at FESPA 2020 will have 8 print heads, each of which has two channels per colour, and will have graphic pigment dyes with binder, to offer live demonstrations of printing on blue back and white back paper.
Confirming its focus on environmental sustainability - a cornerstone of the company's vision and mission - aleph will also focus on water-based graphic pigment inks. Developed - in partnership - for printing on blue back and white back paper, aleph's inks guarantee excellent performance in terms of colour brilliance and print quality and very high levels of resistance and durability - also thanks to the newly developed binder with nano technologies - for outdoor applications. Another interesting aspect of aleph's inks is the yield in terms of consumption: the high concentration of pigment allows minimal amounts of ink to be used to achieve high impact results, minimizing the bleeding effect and significantly reducing printing costs.
"As a reference event for the world of visual communication, FESPA Global Print Expo is an important appointment in the aleph calendar and will be an opportunity for printing companies interested in our technology to verify live the quality and performance of our solutions and inks", concludes Manes.
