Canon proCARE service programme now available worldwide

Canon has extended the proCARE after-sales service programme to its entire wide format portfolio and is now offering it to customers worldwide. Designed for the Arizona Flatbed and Colorado Series Roll-to-Roll presses, the programme offers print service providers maximum productivity and full cost transparency.

By providing on-site support with the shortest response times and including parts, labour, travel, preventive maintenance and remote support, Canon customers benefit from the highest return on investment and continued productivity with consistent output quality.

Canon proCARE contracts are available for 36, 48 and 60 months, with the option to renew for 12 or 24 months after the initial contract expires. Additional support options include rapid on-site response and printhead replacement. Canon proCARE is available for both the Arizona and Colorado series through certified Canon partners or directly from Canon to customers around the world, providing a consistent and transparent service approach for customers with production in multiple regions.
As a result, print service providers using the programme are positioned for optimal productivity with minimal manual maintenance and can focus on what matters most: exceeding customer expectations for quality, delivering within short turnaround times, growing their business and increasing their profits.

By 2021, we will have passed the milestone of more than 10,000 Arizona and Colorado printers in use worldwide. Since the launch of Canon Colorado proCARE in 2020 in EMEA, more than 95% of our customers' Colorados have connected to our on-remote service data intelligence system. Similarly, more than 70% of our customers already benefit from a full-service contract and 80% of them have opted for a 60-month Canon proCARE contract to minimise their total cost of ownership.
