HYBRID Software, a Global Graphics company that develops innovative productivity software tools for the graphic arts industry, is pleased to announce its tenth anniversary as a global company.
The company's original focus was on job management based on MIS and Web2Print integration. Two years later, the company took a swing with the birth of PACKZ, a revolutionary application with native PDF support, colour separation, trapping, screening, quality control and much more, making high-quality packaging and label converting accessible to small, medium and high production volumes. In 2013, the company also introduced CLOUDFLOW, a modular production workflow suite for file processing, asset management, soft proofing and workflow automation.
With these two products, HYBRID Software became the prepress and workflow company people are most familiar with today.
Ten years of milestones
In just ten years, HYBRID Software has achieved a multitude of successes, earning it a respectable position in the industry. Among the many achievements in this time span are:
- The company made its first appearance at Labelexpo 2011, which was attended by a number of senior executives who are still with the company today: Guido Van der Schueren (Chairman of HYBRID Software), Christopher Graf (Chief Marketing Officer), Jan Ruysschaert (Chief Commercial Officer) and Mike Rottenborn, who is now Chief Executive Officer at Global Graphics PLC.
- Over the years, the company has built a network of partners supported by offices in Belgium, Germany, France, the UK, Italy, China and the Americas.
- Global Graphics PLC's acquisition of HYBRID Software was completed in January 2021, creating the leading provider of enterprise software for the digital printing and traditional label and packaging markets.
- Recently, the company received a 2021 FTA Technical Innovation Award for its new Intelligent Flexo product. With last year's award for the CLOUDFLOW Patchplanner, HYBRID Software is the first company ever to receive this coveted award in two consecutive years.
