Esko's latest software release bridges the gap between digital transformation and business success

Esko's latest innovations focus on successful integration and achieving maximum potential
As packaging companies around the world recognise the need for innovation to survive and thrive, Esko is introducing its latest software release that will enable companies to improve the way they work, eliminate waste and optimise their operational processes.

"Innovation and change are necessary for all packaging companies, but driving and implementing that innovation is a challenge that is sometimes difficult to achieve," said Jan De Roeck, Esko Director of Marketing, Industry Relations and Strategy. "Faced with difficult market conditions, uncertainty and volatility, many companies freeze their investments. However, the opposite response is more appropriate. Investing in accelerating digital transformation maintains competitive advantage and efficiently manages profitability pressures. We also know that it is equally important that innovations are integrated quickly and smoothly to ensure that businesses achieve demonstrable improvements and a rapid return on investment."
"As a trusted partner, this is why Esko is releasing its software version 22.07, which brings new technological developments to the market. The developments will drive the industry forward, while equipping customers with the toolkit they need to realise the true potential of our technology."
Esko Release 22.07 includes a host of new features including:
- Inspection for Digitally Pressed Labels - a new complete print inspection solution for digitally pressed labels.
- AVT AutoSet for packaging - the first of its kind automated print inspection settings for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Solvent Saver in Flexo Engine - offers up to 20% solvent reduction in flexo production
- Cape Pack - the first solution to offer customers a cloud-based workflow for palletising and logistics optimisation
- Automated Packshots - creates hyper-realistic packaging images that are perfectly rendered for your customers' use with easy-to-use design and 3D tools
- ArtPro+ - upgrades include printer unit support and seamless repeat layout creation, as well as folding carton enhancements and a new operator dashboard.
- WebCenter - enhanced features to improve usability and maximise productivity and efficiency.
- ArtiosCAD - new FEFCO parametric standards added to library.
The close relationship with customers and partners enables Esko to respond quickly to specific market trends. "With this latest software release, we are addressing today's market demands and making sure that our innovations significantly improve our customers' results," said Jan de Roeck. "We focus on helping companies successfully adopt new technologies. In doing so, we ensure they make the most of the technologies to achieve immediate results and prepare them for today's and tomorrow's challenges."
According to Jan De Roeck, Esko's new version 22.07 will be launched at a live webinar on Tuesday 12 July 2022. "We will demonstrate how Esko's hardware and software solutions enable small and large companies to improve the way they work, identify and eliminate waste, and optimise processes with the latest innovations," said Jan De Roeck. "Crucially, we're focusing on the investments and tools we've developed to help our customers make the most of our technology and achieve lasting change."
