Critical Manufacturing to Unveil New MES-Enabled Change Management Solutions at Hannover Messe 2022

Critical Manufacturing will unveil the latest version of its ground-breaking Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at Hannover Messe 2022. Advancements in Critical Manufacturing MES version nine (V9) will help high-tech manufacturers prevail amidst changing market conditions. Capabilities include more flexible deployment architectures, faster revision handling, enhanced big data management, and robust security.

Over the past few years, the already dynamic high tech manufacturing industry has been subject to even greater volatility. By leveraging the connectivity and communications potential of industry 4.0 and the decentralized logic architecture, they have tapped deeper into MES capability for reducing operational risk in this changing world.

Critical Manufacturing MES V9 will deliver change management benefits such as:
Deploying MES to a new site within 5 minutes, based on a DevOps Center and containers technology, into cloud, on-premises or hybrid infrastructures
Added flexibility into managing product variations in one place using a unique combination of versions, revisions and context resolutions
Adavanced semiconductor scenarios, such as send-ahead wafer management
Optimized New Product Introduction for SMT scenarios

Complementing new capabilities will be demonstrations of recently announced quality inspection tools for highly regulated industries and rapid ramp-up capabilities for semiconductor and SMT manufacturers.

Platform for innovation

Critical Manufacturing experts will also highlight the full capabilities of the Critical Manufacturing MES platform on which V9 is built, including the following elements:
Decentralized logic architecture, which enables more dynamic production models in which smart products and materials interact with machines.
IoT Data Platform, an integrated, fully-scalable event ingestion mechanism that can route events to multiple stream processing components for real-time processing.
Connect IoT, an equipment automation module that simplifies and accelerates the integration of devices, equipment and the Internet of Things (IoT)
Digital twin technology, which provides clear plant visualization, including detailed information on equipment, product and process key performance indicators (KPIs.
Easy 3D shop floor modelling, which can deliver virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) capability.

Hannover Messe 2022 will take place in Hannover, Germany from 30 May 2022 to 2 June 2022. Critical Manufacturing’s primary exhibit will be in Hall 4, Stand G32. Plus, as one of more than 100 Portuguese companies participating as the 2022 Hannover Messe Country partner, Critical Manufacturing will also be part of the Digital Ecosystems exhibit in Hall 5, Stand D04.
