Domtar Corporation prices senior notes offering

Domtar Corporation (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS) today announced that it has priced an offering of 6.25% senior notes due 2042, in an aggregate principal amount of $250 million.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, capital expenditures and strategic acquisitions.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers of the offering.

The notes are being offered pursuant to the Company's registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 20, 2012.
