The Lemu Group will be showcasing their GTU Glueless turret rewind systems and inspection slitter rewind system at Labelexpo Europe 2019.
These are complemented with their fully automated roll label packaging system designed for high speed use, eliminating costly down time, manual handling, and waste.
These systems allow converters to print, die-cut, turret rewind and immediate sleeve and package finished rolls of labels in one pass. These systems increase production efficiency of up to 40 percent with virtually non-stop capability.
The turret systems have operational speeds of 250 m/ min. The automated roll finishing and packaging lines can be retrofit to any and all other brands of turret rewind system. Lemu also has an entire line of modular converting modules for narrow and mid-web widths to complement the turret line.
Also on display will be the Teyman Inspection Slitter Rewind system complete with a 2 spindle automatic turret rewind system and optional die cut station. This system can be used as a stand-alone work station for blank label production, freeing up valuable press time or as the ultimate in inspection finishing rewind.
