Formnext 2018 to become international guiding star for modern industrial manufacturing methods

Even in its fourth year, Formnext is setting new and impressive records. On an exhibition area of more than 36,000 square meters, 550 exhibitors will present numerous innovations, world firsts, and trailblazing industrial applications. This will make Formnext - being held from November 13 to 16, 2018 - the international guiding star for additive manufacturing and modern industrial manufacturing methods.


Formnext 2018 Fills Entire Hall 3 - 10 Weeks Prior to Exhibition Start

New exhibitors from 26 nations generate significant growth

In 2018, Formnext is continuing to show its best side: already 10 weeks before the exhibition opens its doors, the two levels of exhibition Hall 3 with 550 expected exhibitors and an exhibition space of 36,000 square meters is full to capacity. The leading exhibition for additive manufacturing and cutting-edge production techniques has recorded significant growth in terms of number of exhibitors and exhibition space. In addition, Formnext is using the space next to Hall 3 for supporting events. For instance, Saal Europa in Hall 4 is hosting the TCT Conference @ Formnext.

New production site for Weerg in the name of 4.0 Industry

And if innovation is its DNA from its establishment, Weerg - new platform that offers online CNC manufacturing and 3D printing - confirms the trend of exponential growth by announcing the imminent relocation to a new facility that triples the area dedicated to production. Faithful to its Venetian origins, the company will move to its new headquarters in Gardigiano around the turn of October and November.
