25-Year Maritz Operations Chief Bill St. Clair to Head NGC Gift Card Fulfillment

National Gift Card Corp. (NGC) welcomes Bill St. Clair to the role of senior vice president of Operations. In his new position, St. Clair will be responsible for leading the company's 3rd party fulfillment and gift card fulfillment, including oversight of staffing development, operational and strategic planning; short and long range budget planning, and system processes from its Crystal Lake headquarters.

A 25-year veteran of incentive fulfillment, St. Clair most recently handled merchandise rewards and is responsible for establishing the gift card fulfillment process at Missouri-based Maritz. Prior to Maritz he was with Westinghouse Electric in St. Louis.

A longtime Missouri resident and winner of several awards for service and leadership mostly in gift card fulfillment, St. Clair also worked towards his BA in Business at East Central Collage located in his hometown of Union, MO. He has participated in local Postal Forums and other industry related groups. St. Clair also was involved as a volunteer with the local school district and other community organizations.

"Bill brings a wealth of fulfillment expertise and enthusiasm to the National Gift Card team," said NGC President Adam Van Witzenburg. "We believe he will bring new vitality and efficiency to our growing business in the USA, Canada and Europe."

For his part, St. Clair says that he is "looking forward to working with a team that is focused on doing big things while maintaining a family oriented culture."
