Due to the increasing distribution of Covid-19 in Europe and the associated uncertainty, Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH and the association ZELLCHEMING e.V. have jointly decided to cancel the ZELLCHEMING-Expo in Frankfurt am Main. The event was originally scheduled to take place from 24 - 25 June 2020 and is now not scheduled to take place again until next year.
Due to the uncertain forecast for the next few months with regard to the further development of the corona pandemic, the organisers and conceptual sponsor of the event have decided to cancel the trade fair for the pulp, paper and supplier industry in close cooperation with various industry representatives.
"We are sorry to have to cancel this year's ZELLCHEMING-Expo, but the health of our exhibitors, visitors, speakers, partners and employees is our top priority", explains Martin Roschkowski, Member of the Board of Management of Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH. "The decision was not an easy one for us, nor for other trade fair organisers who are facing challenges worldwide due to the current situation".
"As much as we regret the cancellation of this year's trade fair, we look to the future with confidence - better times will come again", encourages Gerrit Lund, Chairman of the Board of ZELLCHEMING e. V. "Within the association, we would like to use the coming time to develop ideas and work intensively on new concepts for the association and the event. We are already looking forward to seeing you all again at the ZELLCHEMING-Expo 2021!
Place and date of the 2021 event will be announced in due course.
