IGEPA group acquires Scandraft Group, a leading Viscom dealer in Sweden

Acquisition of growing Viscom dealer Scandraft enables IGEPA group, together with its Scandinavian subsidiary Signcom Group, to establish a strong dealer in the region, headquartered in Sweden
Optimal addition to IGEPA's existing Viscom business in Scandinavia
Scandraft Group remains as a company, retains a high degree of independence, Signcom Group will be integrated

The IGEPA group is acquiring the Scandraft Group, headquartered in Mölnlycke, a well- established Viscom dealer, particularly in the Swedish market.
Signcom, Scandraft's previous competitor, has been active for many years in Denmark, Finland, and Norway in addition to Sweden.
Scandraft has more than 30 years of experience in the field of visual communication. The Swedish management will remain in the company in the same function and will be responsible for the integration of the Signcom Group. The management of Signcom in Denmark and Finland will remain unchanged.
Expansion of the range of services and growth prospects in the countries
Anders Trillkott, Managing Director of Scandraft and future CEO of the entire group, is delighted about the merger: "The customers of both groups will have access to a significantly broader product portfolio with internationally recognised brands. This will enable us to offer our customers even more comprehensive services and expertise. As a long-standing company, it was important for us to bring in new perspectives so that our customers and employees can look forward to new opportunities and a promising future in addition to continuity. IGEPA offers us this environment with the freedom to further develop Scandraft together."
Presence in Scandinavia further expanded
With this acquisition, the IGEPA group, which has been family-owned for decades, is strengthening its competitive position as a Viscom dealer in the Scandinavian market. "The Scandraft Group offers us a very good entrepreneurial opportunity to strategically complement our group. Scandraft has built up a comprehensive customer base over the years thanks to its strong customer focus and has developed solutions for customers in various industries. The good instinct for the right products and the drive and passion to go the extra mile has inspired me from the very beginning. I look forward to shaping the future together and realising further growth potential together," says Uwe Müller, Managing Director of IGEPA group Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
IGEPA acquires 100% of the shares in Scandraft AB and Scandraft AS, as well as 80% of Rangefabriken AB. The acquisition is effective as of 17 November 2023 and the parties have agreed not to disclose the terms and purchase price.
