3D Systems Announces New Leader of Software Business

Radhika Krishnan brings consistent track record for customer-first approach to driving aggressive growth with emerging technologies
Software workflow business positioned to deliver new levels of automation and accelerate design processes


Today, 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD), the originator of 3D printing, announced Radhika Krishnan as senior vice president and general manager of its software workflow business, reporting directly to Vyomesh Joshi, president and chief executive officer.

In her role, Krishnan will focus on realizing 3D Systems vision to radically transform additive manufacturing by driving higher levels of simplicity, automation, and collaboration through software.

Krishnan joins the company from the Lenovo Datacenter Group where as vice president and general manager of the Software Defined Infrastructure business, she built teams from scratch, launched multiple products, and drove rapid growth. While at Lenovo, she was a member of the senior leadership team managing a globally diverse organization across multiple functions. Prior to Lenovo Datacenter Group, Krishnan held leadership roles in software product development as well as go to market at Nimble Storage, NetApp, Cisco and HP .

3D Systems recently unveiled an updated end-to-end software portfolio at IMTS 2018. The portfolio now provides an unprecedented level of automation to accelerate design and production processes for customers giving them a competitive advantage to create and bring new products to market faster.
