Mutoh Europe nv, EMEA business unit of Mutoh Industries Co. Ltd., Japan, today announced that Mr. Kenji Yasuhara will retire as Managing Director of Mutoh Europe & Mutoh Deutschland on March 31st, 2020 and from all his functions as Mutoh Executive Officer end of April 2020. Aged 65, Kenji Yasuhara joined the Mutoh Group in 2014. He was Mutoh Deutschland’s General Manager from 2014 to 2016 and Managing Director of Mutoh Europe and Mutoh Deutschland since 2017.
On April 1st, 2020, Mr. Mitsuo Takatsu will take up the role of Managing Director of Mutoh Europe and Mutoh Deutschland. As the successor of Kenji Yasuhara, Takatsu will be overseeing all sales, sales support, logistics, marketing, product & application support as well as after-sales support activities for Mutoh throughout the EMEA business area.
Graduated from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan, Faculty of Humanities in 1984 and aged 59, Mitsuo Takatsu joined Mutoh in August 2019. Before joining Mutoh, Takatsu worked for the company Panasonic for 35 years, occupying several senior sales and marketing roles, including 15 years overseas (10 years in Germany and 5 years in Russia).
