Dacke Industri is pleased to announce that Mikael Räsänen has been appointed as the new CEO of Polarteknik Oy and is effective July 1st, 2023.
Mikael has a strong track record from leading positions 25 years back, including 13 years at Polarteknik with responsibilities in sales, project management, engineering, quality, customer service, after-sales and Business Unit Manager from 2017.
Since February, 2023 Mikael has been the acting CEO of Polarteknik. Before Polarteknik, Mikael has been in several leading positions at Perlos Oyj and Perlos (Guangzhou) Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd, mainly providing engineering plastics and plastic accessories. Mikael holds an EMBA from Tampere University, 2020.
