DuPont Showcases New Offerings of DuPont™ Artistri® Inks & More Than 30 Years of Innovation at ITMA 2019

Business Celebrates Launch of DuPont™ Artistri® Xite Pigment Ink

DuPont Advanced Printing (DuPont) proudly celebrates 30 years of contributions to inkjet printing and its many significant product launches. To mark this momentous occasion, DuPont is launching a new series of Artistri® Roll-to-Roll (RTR) Pigment Inks at the ITMA show in Barcelona, Spain, June 20–26, 2019. Thanks to its improvement in workflow efficiency by eliminating the post-treat step, this Artistri® Xite pigment inks series enables sustainable printing, a point of discussion not only at the show, but in our world.
Included in the new pigment series is DuPont™ Artistri® P2700, a medium viscosity pigment ink with binder that delivers excellent color saturation and image sharpness and meets customer needs in a variety of segments, such as home furnishings and apparel. DuPont also will showcase its performance leading roll-to-roll dye based inkjet inks and Artistri® Brite direct to garment pigment inks and pretreatments.
Balaji Srinivasan, Marketing Manager, Europe, Middle East & Africa, DuPont Advanced Printing, said, “Our newest DuPont™ Artistri® P2700 pigment ink provides a compelling case to customers thinking about printing sustainably. It can help existing customers move away from processes that require high water consumption and chemical content to one with a lower environmental footprint. As a company that offers one of the broadest portfolios of inks and pretreatments for different viscosities, we are well-positioned to act as a one stop shop to meet a variety of application needs, be it in Roll-to-Roll or Direct-to-Garment printing.”
The textile ink portfolio is now available for a wide variety of printheads, from low to high viscosity. Please visit the DuPont Advanced Printing booth in Hall 3, Booth no. A208 and discuss how the team may help meet customer’s printing needs.
