After the success of the Essentia capsule filler at Interpack, MG2 keeps on following the path of continuous innovation with the launch of a new product at CPHI, scheduled from the 24th 2023 to the 26th of October 2023 in Barcelona where the company confirms its constant presence
It is time for Initia, the new table-top capsule filler for laboratories, designed to fill in sequence up to 5 capsules, ranging from size 000 to 5, for both standard and low dosages of powder. The flexibility and usability at the base of Initia concept allow immediate action on the formulation: the operator, who is guided through the process thanks to the HMI, can quickly identify the optimal machine parameters to be faithfully transferred to capsule fillers for production, from FlexaLAB up to PLANETA 200.
With Initia, the dosing process is precisely emulated: in fact, both powder compression strength and size parts (dosator and piston), the technological plus of MG2 production machines, are exactly the same as featured by Initia.
