SYSPRO, a global vendor of enterprise resource planning software and services, today announced the launch of SYSPRO academy to meet SYSPRO's growth in the Asian market.
SYSPRO Asia Pacific, which provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications to businesses throughoutAsia Pacific, has announced the year-long programme which has been set up and funded independently. The academy is opened to IT professionals that wanted to a make a career switch to become an ERP consultant. Unlike many academy schemes, graduates of this academy will result in full time positions within the company and it also encompasses real life on-the-job training as part of this programme.
SYSPRO's General Manager Shaun Butler explained the move: "Something that every industry is facing is a lack of skills and many young people often bemoan the lack of options available to them when it comes to gaining real life work experience.
