ARC Document Solutions Renews Managed Print Services Contract With Gensler

ARC Document Solutions (NYSE: ARC) the nation's leading document solutions provider for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, today announced the renewal of its managed print services agreement with San Francisco-based Gensler, one of the world's largest and most recognized design firms. Gensler offers services at every stage of the design cycle, from initial strategy and design planning through implementation and management of projects in a wide variety of practices.

The five-year agreement provides Gensler offices around the world with comprehensive document solutions including the integration of Abacus, ARC's proprietary software for managing, maintaining, and tracking enterprise print network activity, and other digital workflow services. Document solutions are being provided to Gensler offices in the U.S. and Canada, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong. Anticipated revenue from the contract was not disclosed.

"We've worked with Gensler for more than 20 years in different capacities, and they've always challenged us to deliver our very best," said Dilo Wijesuriya, ARC Document Solutions' Chief Operating Officer. "They take on a wide variety of design projects, including work outside the bounds of traditional architecture, and that has required us to stay responsive, flexible, and innovative. They challenge themselves every day and demand that we do the same. It's been an exciting partnership throughout the years and I'm very gratified to have earned their continued confidence."

The new managed print services contract from ARC provides thousands of employees of Gensler with the ability to manage their print related costs, continue to optimize their enterprise-wide print infrastructure, and integrate evolving solutions to promote efficiency and productivity in their offices and job sites.
