Hearst Magazines Digital Media (HMDM) has appointed Lee Sosin, formerly vice president of strategic solutions for Yahoo, as senior vice president. Sosin will oversee advertising solutions from concept development to content creation including Hearst's branded video function. His focus will allow Hearst to partner more effectively when creating content solutions for customers, leveraging the media brands, content creators and audience development capabilities. The announcement was made by Troy Young, president of Hearst Magazines Digital Media, to whom Sosin will report. Sosin assumes the role on June 9.

International Paper (NYSE: IP) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John Faraci today announced that Mark S. Sutton has been promoted to president and chief operating officer and elected a member of the company's board of directors effective immediately. In this new role Sutton will immediately assume responsibility for the operations of the company and will continue to report to Faraci. John N. McMullen has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kodak (NYSE: KODK), effective June 15, 2014. The Board of Directors has elected McMullen a corporate officer of Kodak, and he will become a member of the company's Executive Council. McMullen will report to Kodak Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke.

McMullen, 55, will be responsible for Kodak's financial strategy and all functions within Kodak's Finance organization.
