Mark Green Named Chief Human Resources Officer

Mark Green has joined Kodak (NYSE: KODK) as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. He becomes a member of the company's Executive Council and reports to Kodak Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke.

Green, 46, is responsible for Kodak's human resources strategy and all functions within Kodak's global Human Resources organization, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent management and engagement.


Yahoo's Lee Sosin Named Senior Vice President, Hearst Magazines Digital Media

Hearst Magazines Digital Media (HMDM) has appointed Lee Sosin, formerly vice president of strategic solutions for Yahoo, as senior vice president. Sosin will oversee advertising solutions from concept development to content creation including Hearst's branded video function. His focus will allow Hearst to partner more effectively when creating content solutions for customers, leveraging the media brands, content creators and audience development capabilities. The announcement was made by Troy Young, president of Hearst Magazines Digital Media, to whom Sosin will report. Sosin assumes the role on June 9.

John N. McMullen Named Kodak Chief Financial Officer

John N. McMullen has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kodak (NYSE: KODK), effective June 15, 2014. The Board of Directors has elected McMullen a corporate officer of Kodak, and he will become a member of the company's Executive Council. McMullen will report to Kodak Chief Executive Officer Jeff Clarke.

McMullen, 55, will be responsible for Kodak's financial strategy and all functions within Kodak's Finance organization.
