Lessebo Paper wins gold in the Swedish Design Award

Lessebo Paper's launch campaign of the new brand Lessebo Colours "The Big Rollout" has won gold in the Swedish Design Award 2023 and received the People's Choice award.
In the award-winning launch "The Big Rollout", Lessebo Paper's coloured paper is rolled out into the forests around the paper mill. The campaign has since been rolled out in, among other things, printed media, on the website and in social media.

"We are extremely proud and happy for another design award. A result of an energetic and close collaboration between our team and the team at F&B Happy, and that the bold design concept we chose was just right. Winning a prize in a prestigious design competition gives enormous energy and even greater courage to further develop our work in producing high-quality and environmentally friendly paper in Sweden," says Ebba Ingvarsson, Communication Manager and Key Account Manager at Lessebo Paper.
Furthermore, Lessebo Paper also received an award for People's Choice in the Swedish Design Award. In addition to the Swedish Design Award, Lessebo Paper has also won a Wood Pencil in the D&AD Awards and has been nominated for a Guldägg for The Big Rollout.
Behind The Big Rollout, which won the category "XL Design", is F&B Happy with Creative Director Lisa Careborg, Project Managers Catarina Åkerblom and Madeleine Sikström, Strategist Anton Nordstierna, Design Director Maria Glansen and Designer Carolina Dahl. The campaign was photographed by Ander Sanner and assistant Akira Andersson.
"This was a rollout of a new range, but the visuals can be used by Lessebo Paper for a long time to come. It is inspiring to think about sustainability in several perspectives." says Lisa Careborg, Creative Director and Partner at F&B Happy.
The Swedish Design Award is a competition in design and communication, whose objective is to promote and develop Swedish design. The award was established in 2005 and has since been a unique collaboration to select and develop Swedish design every year. This year’s prize ceremony was held on October 19 at Modern Museet in Stockholm.
