DuPont Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

DuPont declared a fourth quarter common stock dividend of 47 cents per share payable December 12, 2014, to stockholders of record November 14, 2014.  This dividend is the same as what was paid in the third quarter 2014.  

This is the 441st consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.

Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable January 23, 2015 to stockholders of record January 9, 2015.
